Regarding the total capacity of UNAIR’s Gdrive exceeding the capacity provided by Google and causing disruptions to Google Workspace services, please:

1. Decrease the Google Drive storage capacity for personal email addresses below or equivalent to 4 GB.
2. Decrease the Google Drive storage capacity for unit/work email addresses below or equivalent to 25 GB.

The reduction in capacity should be completed by November 17, 2023, at the latest. If the deadline passes and the Gdrive capacity has not been reduced as recommended, it will affect the stability of Google services, leading to the deletion of your account.

You can utilize UNAIR’s Onedrive account to back up/migrate data from Gdrive.
